Are you ready to dance yourself into shape? That’s exactly what our Cardio Dance classes are all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, music-inspired, dance party that will raise your feel-good endorphin level and enhance your health.
We recommend that you wear “cross training” or “aerobic” style shoes. They provide the cushion and medial lateral support needed for side-to-side movements. They also have low traction rubber for easy sliding and turning. Please be careful with “running shoes” since they use a heavy tread on the bottom and are designed for forward movement.
Having grown up dancing in the UK, Carrie is now happily involved in the NZ Latin dancing world where she dances and teaches a huge variety of Latin Dance styles. Carrie has gained a passionate following of students from all around Christchurch. Carrie is a confident and qualified fitness dance instructor who has been teaching fitness since 2010 and has specialties in core, glutes and kids fitness classes.
Chloe – one of Latin Addiction’s top Latin dancers who also loves teaching this Fun fitness style! Chloe qualified in 2014 to teach cardio dance fitness and her clients just love her classes!
