It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, music-inspired, dance party that will raise your feel-good endorphin level and enhance your health. (You can burn up to 730 calories in one class!)
We recommend that you wear “cross training” or “aerobic” style shoes. They provide the cushion and medial lateral support needed for side-to-side movements. They also have low traction rubber for easy sliding and turning.
