Are you ready to dance yourself into shape? That’s exactly what our Cardio Dance classes are all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, music-inspired, dance party that will raise your feel-good endorphin level and enhance your health. (You can burn up to 730 calories in one class!)

What are the best type of shoes to wear in a Cardio Dance class?

We recommend that you wear “cross training” or “aerobic” style shoes. They provide the cushion and medial lateral support needed for side-to-side movements. They also have low traction rubber for easy sliding and turning.
